I just discovered your BLOG and I LOVE it. I'm a mother of 3 small children and find I get caught up in the mundane things (laundry, cleaning house, preparing meals) of mothering. But I have found such joy in reading your ideas and enjoyed your "midweek pick me up" thoughts.

Our bedtime routine is my favorite part of the day. Not because my kids are going to bed! But because I get to spend time with them in a way I know benefits our family. I have 3 children ages 5, 3 and 1.
Bath/shower

I don't love Oprah, But WOW! this is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. On a day to day basis I can get clouded being a mother of 3 small children and feeling burdened by a messy house, dinner to cook and whiney kids! This message is powerful. It will carry me and remind me to enjoy every minute with my children because I am making a difference in their lives.

just tonight i added food coloring to my daughter's yogurt. she was dressed up like a teletubbie, so i made her tubbie custard. we don't watch TT but have a costume. i'm so happy i stumbled onto this blog! i also feel overwhelmed most of the time. kiddos are 2yr and 10 months! it's getting better.

We just read a really sweet book called Thankful Together about a mom squirrel and a little girl squirrel who thank God for everything throughout the day. It is written as a poem and the illustrations are beautiful.
