Bright Idea
I found today's bright idea on The Crafty Crow, who found it on Bethany Actually. It's a number puzzle, or a picture cut into smallish squares, numbered in order, and then glued back together on a piece of paper that has the number written where each piece should belong. That probably doesn't make sense, so go check out the links. It's a great way for younger children to learn their numbers, and they will have a pretty picture at the end! You could use a picture cut out of a magazine, or draw your own, or use one of your children's creations. Brilliant!
